Referral Program - FAQ's!                           

Am I required to present these opportunities to my referrals?                                        All referrals are handled in a confidential manner.  We only require that you provide the information requested on our referral submittal form.  With the provided information we contact the referral to determine if he/she is open to discussing potential opportunities.  Our approach is professional, respectful, non intrusive and low-key.  We understand that confidentiality is paramount in discussing career decisions.  

Do you release my name?                                                                                                               Absolutely not!  Confidentiality is the key here.  We approach each referral in a non-assuming manner.  We explain that they were referred to us by a friend or former colleague, who asked that we handle this in a confidential manner.  We also explain that the friend or colleague was not sure if they would be interested in exploring other opportunities.  The referral felt that they were qualified and should be contacted concerning the existing position.  If they are not interested, we say "thank you for taking the time to speak with us.  Good luck in your current position.  If you need assistance in the future, please do not hesitate to call us.  Again, thank you for your time.  Good-bye!"  We update your referrals record to indicate a lack of interest at this time.  We set a follow-up date and work with you to be prepared when your referral decides that he/she is ready.                                         

How much will the Referral program pay me?                                                                                Our affiliate referral program was designed to allow you to determine what your income should be.  You will be paid $1,000 for each referral that we are able to place with our client companies.  Our program is designed to provide lifetime membership.  If a candidate that you refer today decides to accept a position through AGI with one of our clients two years into the future, you will receive compensation for that referral.  There is no time limitation on your referrals.  

Is there a limitation on the number of referrals?                                                                                  There is no limitation on the number of referrals that you can provide.  Your referral may be happily employed at this time and not interested in exploring current job opportunities. Your referral may not be interested in considering new opportunities for several months.  You have the luxury of submitting their name and contact information as your personal future referral.  Whenever your referral decides that he/she is ready, they will be your referral.  The more qualified individuals you know and submit as your referrals, the greater the opportunity to earn compensation.

How do I qualify for compensation?                                                                                                  You are eligible to receive compensation on each and every referral that accepts a position through AGI with our client companies.  AGI must receive payment from the client and satisfy all client contractual requirements.  Typically, we receive compensation within thirty to sixty days of actual start date.  The placement is normally guaranteed for 90 to 120 days and a prorated fee or replacement schedule is established should the selected candidate terminate employment with the client prior to established probation period.   Payments will only be made at the end of the probation period.   

What if there is a duplication of Referrals?                                                                                      Our database is designed to eliminate duplicate records.  However, occurrences of this nature do happen.  All records are time stamped and dated to avoid confusion.  You may audit and track your referrals at any time to ensure proper handling and compensation.  We encourage your participation and look forward to working with you to become an integral part of our organization.  

What is the best way to benefit from this program?                                                                             The best way to benefit from any sales related program is to increase your probability of success by reviewing our open positions and referring as many qualified candidates as possible.  The one thing that we have learned over the years is that you never know which candidate a company will hire or why!  How often have you completed an interview and feeling that you have the job only to realize that someone else was chosen for the position.  The same process applies here.  The more referrals you provide the better your chance of success.
